Opportunity Description
Role summary: SimPaisa is looking for a commercially sharp and execution-led Head of Sales to build and convert a high-value new business pipeline across payments, merchant acquiring, payouts, remittances and cross-border settlement use cases. The role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and will own new revenue acquisition across priority corridors, merchant segments and strategic partners. This is a senior, quota-carrying leadership role for someone who can operate beyond conventional relationship-led business development. The ideal candidate will understand how to sell complex payment infrastructure in regulated and emerging-market environments, where commercial success depends on pipeline discipline, payment rail knowledge, pricing judgement, internal orchestration and the ability to move prospects from conversation to contract to live revenue.
