Job Summary -
The HoD / Section Head – Ammonia Plant will be responsible for overall plant operations, production efficiency, safety, reliability, maintenance coordination, technical performance, and profitability of the Ammonia manufacturing facility. The role requires strong leadership in managing large operational teams, ensuring safe and continuous plant operation, optimizing energy consumption, and achieving production targets in compliance with international HSE and quality standards.
The incumbent will lead Operations, Maintenance, Technical Services, Utilities, Reliability, and Production Planning functions to ensure world-class operational excellence.
