Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership C Strategy Full PCL responsibility for the commercial trading of chartered-in fleet Lead and mentor the chartering and operations teams, promoting a high-performance culture. Work closely with finance and risk management to manage exposure and profitability. Set up Shipping SOP to support efficient and cost-effective operations and ensure compliance Explore and implement up-to-date shipping technologies/system/programmes to develop innovation commercial solutions that optimises vessel trading efficiency Support in developing new commercial shipping opportunities 2. Chartering (Commercial) Develop and execute chartering strategy for spot, time charter, and long-term contracts.
