About the role

As Frontiers continues to grow, we are strengthening our strategic finance capability to better support long‑term decision-making and performance management across the business.

The Head of Strategic Finance will be partnering closely with the CFO and senior stakeholders to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance insights. The role will focus on forward‑looking analysis, modelling, and strategic decision support.

You will operate in a dynamic, fast‑evolving environment, working across the organization to build insights, challenge assumptions, and shape how financial decisions are made.

This role is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with a strong expectation of regular on‑site presence to enable close collaboration with the CFO and leadership team.
