Procurement & Vendor Management
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with medical suppliers, distributors, and service providers.
Manage the tendering, bidding, and contracting processes for high-value medical equipment and consumables.
Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and quality
Inventory Management
Oversee the daily operations of central receiving, warehousing, and internal distribution networks.
Maintain optimal par levels to prevent stockouts of critical clinical items (e.g.,Surgicals) and mitigate overstocking.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and audits in alignment with finance department requirements
Work closely with doctors, nursing staff, and department heads to anticipate supply needs and resolve product backorders
