Head of Support & Maintenance Section

This role is responsible for overseeing the support and maintenance operations of GPSSA’s front-end systems and data platforms at L3 level. This role involves leading a team to ensure operational stability, implementing proactive monitoring, and facilitating timely issue resolution. This role will develop and manage maintenance schedules, coordinate system updates, and ensure the smooth integration of new developments, ultimately enhancing the reliability and performance of critical systems.
