We are looking for a hands‑on Head of Engineering to lead the delivery of AI‑driven products and data platforms within a fast‑moving innovation environment.

This role sits at the heart of a technology transformation where AI, data and cloud engineering are central to the business strategy. The successful candidate will lead engineering delivery across several innovation initiatives, helping turn ideas into real, production‑grade AI products.

This is not a theoretical leadership role. We are looking for someone who has personally built and delivered modern AI, data and cloud solutions, and who leads teams by setting the technical standard and driving execution.
