Head of Technology - Low Latency High Frequency Trading

Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering organization responsible for building next-generation low-latency trading infrastructure
• This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone with deep expertise in high-frequency trading systems and a strong vision for modern trading architecture across both traditional finance and on-chain markets.
• Own the architecture, development, and delivery of a high-performance trading platform supporting both off-chain and on-chain trading activities. You will lead a team of elite engineers while remaining deeply involved in system design, coding, optimization, and technical decision-making.
