The Company is in search of a Head of Trading Documentation to join its legal department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the negotiation and management of a wide range of trading agreements, including but not limited to, prime brokerage, stock loan, ISDA, repo, futures, and electronic trading agreements. This senior strategic role requires a proactive, energetic, and hardworking individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interface with global offices.
