System Architecture & Development
Lead the design and optimization of core trading systems, including:Order Matching EngineOrder Management System (OMS)Account & Clearing Systems Develop high-performance distributed systems with high concurrency and low latency Optimize system performance across memory usage, networking, and databases Technical Leadership
Lead and manage a team of engineers Establish development best practices (e.g. Agile, CI/CD, code reviews) Define and execute technical roadmap Business & Product Collaboration
