Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility
Transformation Strategy & Roadmap: Design, own, and continually refine the end-to-end organisational transformation roadmap in close partnership with the Strategy & Transformation Director and executive stakeholders.
Portfolio Management: Oversee the central Transformation Management Office function, ensuring robust governance, reporting, risk management, and resource allocation across all major change initiatives.
