We're looking for a Head of Wealth & Trading to ensure the business is safely licensed, scalable, and engineered for millions of customers across the region. You’ll own trading and investments end‑to‑end, from regulatory authorisation and product strategy, through to governance, risk, and commercial performance.

• Act as a senior point of contact for UAE regulators (e.g., SCA, Central Bank), supporting licence applications, approvals, and ongoing supervision
• Design and embed local governance frameworks
