Experience & Qualifications
- Diploma in Patisserie or equivalent professional certification
- 5-7+ years’ pastry experience in luxury hotels or fine‑dining restaurants
- Proven track record in menu development, seasonal innovation, and high‑volume production
- 2-3+ years in a leadership role, managing pastry teams and training junior staff
