We are looking for a Head of People & Culture who will work directly with the CEO to attract, hire, and develop exceptional talent across engineering, autonomy, robotics and operations.
This is not a traditional HR role!
Your primary responsibility is helping CDDS scale from a team of high-performers into an organization capable of solving some of the hardest technical and operational challenges in the world. You will own the systems, processes, and culture that allow extraordinary people to do their best work.
We move at an extreme speed and priorities shift quickly. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity, making decisions with imperfect information, and continuously evolving how we recruit, onboard, and develop talent as the company grows.
