Leads the implementation and ongoing adherence to all Wynn Al Marjan Island values, property, and department standards within the wine program, ensuring these are consistently exemplified by the sommelier team. Acts as a key ambassador for the Wynn brand, fostering positive, fair, and ethical relationships with all employees, Wynn contractors, and the broader community while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Collaborates closely with the Administrative Wine Team to drive and oversee specific projects, providing strategic input and leadership where required. Champions a culture of safety by enforcing departmental and company safety standards among the sommelier team and ensuring compliance at all times. Maintains and expands professional expertise by pursuing continuing education and advanced training in wine and service and disseminates this knowledge to the team.
