Reporting directly to the Head of Technology, this role is designed for a heavyweight delivery leader who excels at navigating complex organizational landscapes, optimizing agile processes, and ensuring that technical projects translate into tangible business value.
You will lead the Delivery Management (DM) and Project Management Office (PMO) functions, acting as the primary bridge between our engineering teams and the broader business. While you are not expected to write code, you must possess a solid technology background. This role requires a high 'tech IQ' to grasp the general challenges of modern software development—such as architectural trade-offs, deployment complexities, and technical debt—allowing you to effectively manage timelines, vendor relationships, and high-level project risks.
