Opportunity Description
Job Summary : The Head of Total Rewards will be responsible for designing and implementing the organization's Total Rewards strategy, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with business goals. This includes compensation, benefits, recognition, and other rewards programs. The incumbent coming in this role would be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals and working with cross-functional teams to create and implement HR policies and programs that support business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the Total Rewards agenda covering compensation, benefits, incentives, and executive rewards across India.
- Design, review, and implement compensation structures, salary frameworks, annual pay cycles, and incentive programs aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
