Health and Safety Advisor - Yate

As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will provide expert advice and guidance to help ensure that the health, safety and welfare of employees, members of the public and visitors is safeguarded and the councils statutory duties are upheld and enforced.

• It will be your responsibility to provide clear and accurate specialist advice on the application of policies and technical principles, promoting awareness and a strong understanding of their importance.
• You will develop solutions and put forward recommendations to resolve any issues, making sure they are successfully implemented and that service regulations and codes of practice are adhered to.
