The Health Care Assistant’s role within the Breast Centre is to assist with patient care within the department as assigned by the Breast Centre Programme Manager or Breast clinical nurse specialist.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Assist coordinating the patient’s care through the breast clinic and breast radiology ensuring smooth, efficient transition from each area from registration, through consultation, radiology to discharge or follow up as required.
