Health Practitioner

A bit about the role...

As a Health Practitioner (Psychologist, Counsellor or Social Worker) you will have the opportunity to broaden your professional skills whilst providing evidence-based health services to students and caregivers of the BUSY School.

This role is a permanent part time position supporting students at the BUSY School 2 days per week.

The role includes –

• Provide individual counselling sessions including assessment, case formulation and intervention sessions.
• Support students and jobseekers in achieving their educational and vocational goals by reducing barriers and addressing factors that may negatively impact their academic and employment success.
• Identify, report and offer counselling and follow-up support in response to student protection and risk management concerns.
• Assess the immediate risk level of students in crisis and provide appropriate crisis interventions, including referrals...
