Health promotion and health risk assessment lead

The Heart and Stroke Foundation South Africa (HSFSA), a non‑profit organisation, is seeking to appoint a Senior Health Promotion and Health Risk Assessment (HP&HRA) Lead, to be based in Cape Town. The applicant must be able to fulfil the primary goal of the Health Promotion Programme, which is to prevent cardiovascular disease and the associated risk factors. Various programmes and sub‑programmes are implemented to achieve the mission and vision of the Foundation, including health risk assessments (screenings) in a variety of mostly underserved settings, health education talks and health campaigns. The successful applicant will report directly to the CEO and work closely with fellow Team Leaders on programmatic and clinical workstreams. The Lead will also manage workstreams and operations in the Western and Eastern Cape Provinces, attend Team Leaders meetings and management meetings.
