As part of the outreach team, you will Plan, implement, and facilitate health promotion activities and programs within a multidisciplinary team to Aboriginal people in remote communities to improve the health and wellbeing of people living in remote communities.

Demonstrated experience in effectively delivering health promotion activities to people from diverse backgrounds.

Proven ability to lead group discussions, consultations, and negotiations with Indigenous communities in remote areas and ability to collaborate, show initiative, and independently manage work schedules.
