A well-established waste and recycling operation is adding a senior Health & Safety Adviser to its in-house EHS team. This is a substantive, hands-on role for an experienced practitioner who is ready to take ownership of H&S across a multi-site portfolio — 22 health and safety regulatory sites and 10 environmental regulatory sites.
The role sits within a flat structure, reporting directly to senior management. The incoming adviser will take meaningful responsibilities from day one, working with a small, experienced team in a sector that is stable, essential, and operationally demanding.
What the role involves
- Risk assessments, method statements, and safety statements across a multi-site estate
