Health & Safety Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join BW and play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and responsible project delivery across our sites. This is a hands‑on role involving regular site visits, audits, inspections, and close collaboration with our project teams and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience within the construction or fit‑out industry, strong health and safety expertise, and sound knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Job Scope

• Liaise with Project Managers and Site Managers regarding the continued development of the Construction Phase Safety Plan as the specific project progresses.
• Advise on-site fire plans with Project Managers and ensure that all emergency and evacuation procedures are continually deployed.
