Health & Safety Manager

Equans Data Centers is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to support a Data Centre project in the South of England. The role provides expert guidance to project teams, drives continuous improvement, and fosters a proactive safety culture in data centre projects.

What you will deliver

• Promoting a safety‑first culture in the business and ensuring compliance with the company's Management System. Influence site management on best practice and compliance requirements.
• Ensuring that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
• Carrying out audits and routine inspections to report findings and recommendations to the project team.
• Advising project and site leadership to align safety practices with business strategy.
