Health & Safety Partner — Lead Safety Culture Across Sites

Heritage Lifecare is seeking Health & Safety Business Partners to influence safety leadership and embed effective health and safety practices. Based in Christchurch or Wellington, this full-time role involves partnering with operational leaders and strengthening safety culture across the organisation.

With a focus on enabling others in health and safety, you will coach leaders, support compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement. Applicants should have experience in advisory roles and a tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
