Health & Safety Specialist — INVISTA Rozenburg (Rotterdam Botlek)

Position summary

We are looking for a hands-on Health & Safety Specialist to support INVISTA’s Rozenburg site. You will align local practices with global standards, coach operations and maintenance teams, deliver training and toolbox talks, lead audits and follow up on corrective actions, and strengthen incident investigation and safety performance. This role requires experience in a 24/7 process industry environment and strong Dutch language skills for effective on-the-floor coaching.
