Health System Specialist

Summary The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is recruiting for a Health System Specialist. The Health System Specialist with function within the Chief of Staff Service as the primary liaison to multiple staff offices and serves as the conduit for information flow and management of assignments between such offices. Responsibilities Duties include, but may not be limited to the following: Knowledge of budget planning and execution. Coordinator for interviews, interview panels, travel (as needed) for Associate Chiefs of Staff, Service Chiefs, administrative, and other key positions throughout Chief of Staff services. Assists COS, DCOS, Service Chiefs with recruitment of management positions within their services. Knowledge of and experience with VA databases. Ability to pull data and analysis. Fluent with Excel, VSSC, Pyramid Analytics and other data sources. Ability to manipulate data and break down for all to understand. Lean Six Sigma belt trained. Lead belt on process/performance i...
