Confidently handle customer interactions related to healthcare accounts and inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
Navigate systems efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
Demonstrate strong listening and communication skills to assist customers effectively

Independently manage customer concerns with minimal supervision
