As a Healthcare Appointment/Transportation Coordinator at Apple Valley Village Health Care Center , you will schedule appointments/ telehealth visits and corresponding transportation with community providers for facility residents on both TCU and LTC. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working in healthcare and/or patient scheduling. The ideal person for this role is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
