Job details Healthcare Assistant Full time, part time and bank hours available The home Situated in the beautiful market town of Castle Douglas, overlooking Carlingwark Loch and surrounded by the magnificent Galloway countryside, Carlingwark House is warm, welcoming home that provides residential care and support for up to 30 older people, including people who are living with dementia. Key Responsibilities: Providing personal care, such as showering, shaving, oral hygiene and dressing Administering medication Monitoring health and wellbeing Maintaining records and reporting any changes Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks. Providing emotional support and companionship. Helping with everyday life care, such as mobility and mealtimes. Supporting people with social and physical activities.
