About The Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Healthcare Assistants to support a bright young man who enjoys gaming and going out. He requires person‑centred care tailored to his individual needs and delivered in line with a personalised care plan. He has a diagnosis of Early Onset Parkinson’s Disease, with muscle contractures affecting all limbs and a visual impairment, and also experiences psychosis, low mood, and hallucinations. He requires compassionate, consistent, and attentive support to promote his wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.
