Responsibilities
- Accurately capture high-quality images of skin lesions and securely upload them to the TeleDermatology platform.
- Work closely with clinicians and administrative teams to ensure all patient records are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver a welcoming and professional patient experience, carrying out GDPR and health and safety checks.
- Assist with appointment coordination and ensure clinical areas meet strict infection control standards.
- Support the smooth running of clinic operations and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
