Healthcare Assistant - HCA

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, professional and experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Marysville Medical Practice. We are looking for someone to work 2/3 days per week with one of those days being Friday, so potentially Weds, Thurs, Fri. We are ideally looking for someone to fill around 24 hours per week.

The successful applicant(s) would be working alongside our current clinical team, and will be responsible for the delivery of HCA/practice nursing services to our patient population. The role will include managing areas such as health promotion, chronicdisease management, health prevention, as well as supporting the nursing, clinical, and managementteams in achieving QOF targets, IPC and regularly reviewing clinical policy and procedure.

The successful candidate(s) must have experience of working in general practice, and be trained up to a high clinical standard within primary care.
