Overview

As a Healthcare Assistant you will support the dermatology team by providing high‑quality clinical and administrative assistance, ensuring safe, effective and compassionate patient care in a private clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Support patients before, during and after dermatological consultations and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and sterile instruments
• Assist the Dermatologist/Nurse with minor surgical procedures, biopsies, laser treatments and wound care
• Apply dressings and provide post‑procedure care as directed
• Take and manage clinical photographs where required by Dermatologists
• Maintain patient dignity, comfort and confidentiality at all times
• Accurately update and maintain electronic medical records within scope of practice
