Welcome to FCMS! We are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join our busy team at Morecambe Urgent Treatment Centre. Post: Health Care Assistant Morecambe Urgent Treatment Centre Operates: The service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 08:00 20:00. Hours: 4 week rolling rota. 11.5 and 7.5 hour shifts to be worked. Flexibility is essential for offering availability to cover sickness & annual leave. Pay: £13.26 per hour. We provide enhancements for Saturdays / Sundays and Bank Holidays. Closing Date: 01 July 2026 Main duties of the job The post holder will undertake a range of clinical duties including venepuncture, ECGs, wound care, observations, and applying plaster of paris to patients with fractures and personal care to patients. The post holder will also contribute to administrative, reception/floorwalker and housekeeping duties within the service location.
