Job Summary

We're looking for a caring and proactive Outpatients Department (OPD) Healthcare Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team at Practice Plus Group. You will be part of a multi‑disciplinary team, ensuring patients feel supported, respected and cared for throughout their journey.

Main Duties

• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centred care, including support with personal hygiene, mobility, diet and fluids.
• Assist patients during treatments, investigations and procedures while protecting their privacy and dignity.
• Record vital signs and update care documentation accurately.
• Act as a chaperone when needed and escort patients safely within the unit.
• Support the team with administrative and reception duties, greeting patients, answering queries and managing documentation.
