Job Description
We are looking for an individual who will support high standards of cleanliness, safety and service delivery, ensuring that domestic services meet operational requirements and contribute positively to patient care and staff experience across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of domestic services under the direction of the Domestic Services Manager / Facilities Manager. Maintain clear and effective communication channels within the Domestic Department. Support staff management activities, including recruitment and selection, sickness absence management, staff training, induction and participation in the appraisal process.
