Opportunity Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage patient registration, appointment coordination, and front-desk services
  • Attend to patient enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, and email correspondence
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation
  • Provide administrative support for daily clinic operations and patient care services
  • Coordinate with medical teams to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience
  • Assist with billing procedures and insurance-related documentation
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels, ‘O’ Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
  • Training will be provided for candidates who are keen to learn
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to commence work within a short notice period preferred
