Job Responsibilities
- Manage patient registration, appointment coordination, and front-desk services
- Attend to patient enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, and email correspondence
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation
- Provide administrative support for daily clinic operations and patient care services
- Coordinate with medical teams to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience
- Assist with billing procedures and insurance-related documentation
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels, ‘O’ Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Training will be provided for candidates who are keen to learn
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
- Able to commence work within a short notice period preferred
