Opportunity Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Inform the patient about Medgate services, products and partner clients
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies, meeting Medgate standards
- Do proper triaging of patients
- Handle member’s medical concerns
Minimum Qualifications
- At least six months work experience in a Hospital/ Clinic/ Diagnostic Center/ Customer Service, but not required.
- Computer literate
- Must be willing to undergo training (telemedicine program) prior to actual duty
- Must be willing to work full-time on an 8-hr shifting schedule (24/7 operations)
- Amenable to work in Makati City
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
