We’re currently seeking an exceptional individual to join us at Director level, to help shape the future of healthcare design. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in leading and growing our award‑winning specialist Healthcare Architecture team, part of our UK+I Architecture + Design Studio – proudly ranked 10th largest architectural practice in the UK (AJ100 Survey 2025). We’re looking for a healthcare leader with substantial recent experience in the healthcare sector across a variety of typologies. You’ll be joining a global, multi‑disciplinary practice where you’ll act as Lead Designer on major projects, driving success through strong leadership, collaboration, and design excellence.
