About the Role
We are hiring a Healthcare Operations Manager to support backend operations for a growing behavioral health service provider.
This is a hands‑on, high‑accountability role for someone who can manage workflows while also improving systems and creating structure in a growing environment.
You should be comfortable with ambiguity, able to solve problems independently, and capable of improving operational processes without being told exactly how.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Improve recruiting, onboarding, and hiring coordination workflows
- Support intake operations and insurance verification tracking
- Oversee scheduling coordination between clinicians and clients
- Improve operational documentation and visibility across processes
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
