My client is an established and well-respected law firm with offices in Guildford and London offering a range of legal services. They are seeking a Healthcare Regulatory and Professional Discipline Solicitor. This team is highly regarded in this diverse and exciting area of work, having been ranked in The Legal 500. They act for medical defence organisations and private clients in respect of regulatory, disciplinary, coronial and criminal matters.

They are looking for a fee earner (1 3 years PQE) to join the team. The work will involve advising lay and institutional clients on GMC/GDC investigations, Inquests, police investigations and prosecutions (subject to experience) and Health Board/Trust disciplinary matters.
