Job title: HomeCare Intake & Business Development Specialist

Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday (8:00AM - 6:00PM EST | 9:00PM - 7:00AM PHT)
We are seeking a proactive, highly personable Homecare Intake & Business Development Specialist to manage warm inbound client inquiries and develop referral partnerships within the healthcare community. This role combines B2C intake coordination with B2B outreach, focusing on converting qualified leads into clients, strengthening referral relationships, and supporting the patient care team through strong communication, CRM organization, and responsive follow-ups.
