Responsibilities:- Provide specialized care to patients in the Heart Failure ICU
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in patient and family education
- Current NP licensure in the state of Texas (or willing to get)
