Heat Exchanger Proposal Engineer (EPC Projects)

We are looking for a

Heat Exchanger Proposal Engineer

to join our international tendering team based in

Chennai . The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals for heat exchangers in large-scale EPC projects worldwide, mainly within the Oil & Gas sector, as well as Power and other industrial applications.

This role requires close coordination with internal departments (outside sales, logistics, finance and project management) and external stakeholders (clients, EPC contractors, vendors).

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze RFQs, ITTs, and technical specifications from EPC contractors and end users
Prepare

technical and commercial proposals

for heat exchangers (shell & tube, air coolers, etc.)
Review datasheets, specifications, and project requirements
Coordinate with engineering teams for technical compliance and optimized solutions
