Responsibilities:
- Manage quality systems
- Inventory maintenance
- Work with vendors ordering of parts and supplies; negotiate fair contracts and pricing
- Work with customer on special projects and custom orders
- Process design and automation
- Maintenance support
- Associates degree in metallurgy or materials science
- 2+ years of experience working in a commercial heat treat
- Strong communication skills
