Heat Treat Operator (2nd Shift)

THIS IS FOR A 2ND SHIFT ONLY - Training will be completed on 1st Shift.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

• - Operate heat treating equipment to harden and temper steel parts - Follow established procedures to ensure the quality of the finished product - Conduct tests to ensure parts meet specifications - Monitor equipment and maintain a clean and safe work environment - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Safety Sensitive Position. - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. - MTI Training a PLUS Work Environment: -Primary work environment is the production floor. - Secondary work environment is the office. - Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. - Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) through the entire shift. - Ability to be aware of surroundings for safety concerns. - While performing duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on the...
