Heavy Civil Estimator

We are looking for a Heavy Civil Estimator to support estimating, bidding, cost analysis, and business development efforts for heavy civil construction projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects. Review plans, specifications, drawings, addenda, and bid requirements. Perform quantity takeoffs for earthwork, utilities, concrete, paving, sitework, grading, drainage, and related scopes. Analyze labor, equipment, material, subcontractor, and indirect project costs. Use HeavyBid to build estimates, organize bid items, and support final pricing. Manage bid invitations, subcontractor pricing, vendor communication, and proposal tracking. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes. Identify project risks, scope gaps, value engineering opportunities, and bid strategy considerations.
