Heavy-Duty Truck Aftersales Advisor — Drive Uptime

Robinson & Co (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Service Advisor - Heavy Duty Trucks for their FAMCO division in the UAE. This position involves acting as the main contact for customers, ensuring efficient service delivery. You will drive service revenue while maximizing vehicle uptime.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of heavy-duty truck systems, excellent customer management skills, and at least 3 years as a Service Advisor, particularly in the heavy-duty segment.
